Idle screw
95 coupe EX w/ 1.6 VTEC. Tried turning the idle screw to adjust idle, but it didn't do anything either way I turned it. I want to adjust my idle a little higher to about 900rpm. It idles a little low now and coughs/ sputters at idle and takeoff.
I've changed PCV valve, and cleaned IACV and throttle body. New air cleaner and plugs as well.
I'm at a loss on how to adjust the idle.
