Ive found many wiring diagrams that all leave out the white/green stripe wire in the stereo wires.Found one thread that says its to be connected to the red/yellow stripe wire then connected to the red wire (both of them).My question is,the diagrams say the red/yellow stripe wire is right rear positive,so why connect a speaker wire to the power and not the deck right rear speaker wire like normal? Here is where Im getting this.

well first of all, you shouldnt be hardwiring the deck, go to any car audio store and buy a 20 dollar harness for you car. it just makes it easier in the long run, if you ever want to upgrade a deck then all you would have to do is swap the deck harness.

Constant - 12v - White/Blue- to yellow on deck
Switched - 12v - White/Green- to red on deck
Ground - Black- to black on deck
Illumination - Red/Black- to orange/ white on deck
LF(+) - Blue/Green- to white on deck
LF(-) - Grey/Black- to white/black
RF(+) - Red/Green-to gray
RF(-) - Brown/Black-to gray/black
LR(+) - Blue/Yellow-to purple
LR(-) - Grey/White-to purple/black
RR(+) - Red/Yellow-to green
RR(-) - Brown/White-to green black
