security system??? HELP ASAP!!!

security system??? HELP ASAP!!! another problem, so it wasnt starting so the battery died from tryin to start it so i took it out and put a charged one in and when i did the parking lights and taillights started flashing and the dash lights were all flashing too, and i little LED red light was flashing too, and now my car wont even try to turn over, i hold in the clutch and nothing idk if theres a way to reset or override it or something... PLZ HELP!!!!!!
