so i was just curious if anyone could tell me how to get the most out of my b16?? or what all should be done to it before it goes in?? im open to any suggestions..

if ur gonna go all the way, rods, pistons, valvetrain (valves, springs, retainers, cams) cam gear, ignition system, ecu,intake mani, throttlebody, injectors, fuel rail and pump system, and a full blown turbo kit. the list goes on

as for ur routine maintence... automatic trany fluid?? the car is a manual.. blinker fluid?? and are u saying to replace the rods pistons valvetrain.. ect.? im still kinda new to the whole honda thing.. and my first one hasnt been treatin me soo good so far..
