Help with 92 Civic

Bought a 92 civic about a week ago, and decided to strip the inside. Everything worked at the beginning, and everything was going smooth. When i almost stripped the entire inside, there was a wire that might have been the gas tank. I accidentally cut it, and now the car wont start. It tries to start, but acts as if there is no gas. HELP!!!

Forgive me if this seems like a dumb question, but did you fix the cut? (resplice?)
