Won't turn over
I recently brought a 99 civic ran fine first couple of days had a hard time turning over cold but once it started once it would start right up then one day it wouldn't turn over. Replaced plugs wires cap and rotor but still won't turn over it did once then died right away. Made sure wires were in right firing order not sure want else to do any ideas

so it wont crank?
battery in good condition? all important electrical connections clean and tight?
plugs wires cap and rotor aren't going to help it if its not cranking.
what exactly happens when you turn the key?
