Crank not Start - What am I missing?
Crank not Start - What am I missing?
I have a 97 honda civic EX long story short the last time I was driving it I drove over a speed bump leaving a parking lot and my car died in the middle of it running. Tried to start it back up but it wouldn't start only crank.
Things that I have done:
Replaced plugs and wires, cap and rotor.
Check for spark in each cylinder, good.
Tested the igniter and coil pack, good.
Main relay is good, even swapped a good relay from a friend car into my car, car still didn't start.
Put in a code reader, reads no code.
Fuel pump is good, primes every time the car turns on.
Cracked the fuel filter to double check, fuel pressure good.
Frustrated and stuck about what else to do. Had some friends mention a loose ground? Bad ECU? (Is there a way to test before replacing?
Let me know what Iʻm missing.
