Car making an odd sound when I turn it off

Any ideas what that sound could be? It is happening every single time I turn off the car. Nothing seems off as I am driving, or when I turn on the car.

Can you record that again without jolting the camera?
Can you tell where in the engine compartment the noise is coming from?
