Head Torque?

Hey guys I have just replaced the head gasket after having the head work done at the machine shop. I followed the service manual procedure to torque the head in four stages and finish up at 49 ft/lbs. Question is this, do I need to go back in after a few hundred miles and re torque the head or is it good to go?
Thanks in advance for any insight!
