`96 LX Exhaust

I am thinking about picking up a full exhaust system off of Ebay, and then welding a better muffler onto it.

Can you guys let me know what you think of this setup?

I plan on using the header, down pipe, cat, and exhaust pipes from this:

Then cutting the muffler off of it, and welding this one on:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/230857543263

What do you think? Do you guys have any suggestions on other parts that are roughly the same price?

I looked under basic engine performance, and didn't see a sticky on exhaust's. I only saw one on intakes lol
