high RPM's on civic
Hi, i have a 2000 honda civic Ex. recently the seal in the IACV broke so i ordered a used one on ebay. when it came i installed it and now my rpms are really high. average is like 1500. i don't see any oil leaks. could it be from the IACV being dirty? my friend said it had a vacuum leak. If so how can i check to see where the vacuum leak is? any ideas?
