Replacing Wiper Tensions Spring - 99 Civic LX

Is it possible to pick up a replacement spring for wipers on a 99' LX?

I checked Majestic Honda (http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...+WIPER+%281%29) and it seems they only sell the whole arm.

No. You buy the arm as an assembly.
