Hey guys. New here. I have a 98 Civic Ex 1.6 non-v-tec. This code keeps popping up from time to time then will go off after a few hundred miles. The last time I scanned it with my buddys scanner that is the only code that popped up and I did a full system scan, he has a pretty nice set up, so anyway when I was done I cleared it and it came back on 300 or 400 miles later. From the research I have done it seems like a pretty vague code. I figured you guys on here have come across this a time or two and was looking for some insight.I do know that the gas cap was replaced shortly before I bought it. BTW, it is completely stock if that helps.Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Indicates a leak in the fuel tank system....1456 i beleive is the tank side(usually the gas cap)..
1. loose fuel cap
2. vapor canister saturated (unlikely )
3. failed vent solenoid
4. failed purge solenoid.

Do you have an performance issues? Fuse 15 good?

No performance issue's. I had the exact same car color and everything before this one and I swear I was getting better than 30 to 31 MPG's though. I will have to check that fuse you mentioned.
