Body panel under tail light help

Can someone tell me the part name for the body panel shown below (outlined in white) in the attachment? It's the body panel under the tail light. Also it bolts to the trunk area when the trunk is open, any idea how to loosen that bolt? tried all sorts of metric/standard sockets.

This is specifically for 98 LX auto. Thanks for looking at this.

Not sure why it wouldn't work...I see it just fine.
No white outline in the below pic, but its the part just below the rear turn signal light. Like a rectangular piece that attaches to the trunk well that wraps around the side of the car.

I can see both now, different computer.
I'm on lunch break and don't have time to look it up, I think you have to pull the bumper cover off to reach the hidden bolt?

I can see the bolt, it's revealed when you open the trunk...but I can't seem to find a socket to match.

All I can think of is 8mm or 10mm stuff.
Got a pic?

Re: Body panel under tail light help

It was an 8mm, I could swear it didn't work the first time....very strange.
There is one 8mm bolt behind the trunk and a 8mm nut on the inside of the trunk lining.
