need a front bumper for my 98ek but wanting it with the fog light holes would a 99si bumper fit?????

N0, If you want the 99 bumper you have to do a front end conversion..you will have to replace everything..

you need fenders, hood, grill, headlights, and bumper its a lot of money for not that much of an upgrade
