99 civic suspension
I am in the process of putting rear disk brakes on my car and I am in need of new suspension. The suspension on the car now is ruined because I wrecked the car otherwise I would keep it stock for now. I was going to buy eibach pro system plus kit but I'd have to wait till the 16th for it to ship. I am looking for something similar to that. I want the car dropped no more than 1.5 inches and I don't want to spend over 1000 on it. Also, I want a comfortable ride nothing too harsh with a small performance gain as well. I need to know ASAP I need my car back I've already gone a month without one. Thanks.

Re: 99 civic suspension
Easy.
Koni/gc for $850 from thmotorsports.
I'd recommend you consider progress CSII as well, slightly less performance oriented, but still a great ride with handling improvements for $580. They're made to order in most cases though, so you might not be able to get them on your time line.

Re: 99 civic suspension
A strut and a shock are basically the same thing, that refers to the type of housing the damper is in. Koni shocks with ground control adjustable coilover sleeves, which use eibach springs. It's the best bang for the buck suspension available.
