97 hx

Can someone tell me what the difference is in an HX to an LX or EX.Just saw a HX for sale locally and have never seen one before.Just the EX LX.This HX is a 2 door with auto. tranny.Did they come with a sun roof?
It has a tilt sun roof that the owner thinks might be aftermarket, but not sure.It looks factory to me.It does not seal right and the motor sounds funky. It tilts but does not move back, but looks like it should come back.It does not look like the window slides back into the roof like on an EX I looked at.I'm trying to look up the differences on line.thanks

Re: 97 hx

HX stands for high fuel mileage. It has a V-TEC engine but, it has less hp/torque and it hits V-TEC at a different rpm It also has a different gear ratio for better fuel mileage.

They came with and without moonroof.
