Everytime I go into Reverse on my gear box it either gets stuck and i have to really push it and go over it a few times, or itll be next the R but the green box wont go around the R on my dashboard? is this a major problem????

Check your cable going to your shifter and to your transmission. Sometimes if you push it into reverse while the car is moving foward it throws off your whole entire shifter. It also may need some grease in there. Make sure to check the bottom end first as its easier to get to.
