Need EXTREMELY BRIGHT reverse lights????

I have a 98 civic that uses the flat T25 bulbs for reverse lights, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get some EXTREMELY BRIGHT reverse lights preferably LEDs. I have been browsing around on E-bay but am totally confused. I'm so frustrated that I am even consider just converting some H3 HID's and **** it.
Help please!
