I'm sure this has been debated before but I'm new so I got a y8 and put an autozone special muffler the 3a racing? Or ar racing can't remember which one but if its a straight thru why would it make a difference what kind u get. And honestly this cheap one I got sounds pretty good nice and subdued (not a pissed off bee) unless I take her above 4500 rpm then she comes alive and sings sweetly wierdly at around 2200 rpm there's a DEEP tone that u can feel so what's the big fuss

only the dyno would tell you the diffrence between 70 and 200$ mufflers,
brand name exhaust have been through test and fabrication to ensure you get the most performance out of it. (quality = performance)
