Don't know but, I do know you can go to the mall to that kiosk were they embroider hats and shirts. They can do any kind of words but, you have to find what format they use for designs so you can give them the designs in the right format. They can embroider anything they can get on that machine- hats, shirts, bags, etc. Good luck.

"basukuuto" from what I can tell.. don't know if the "ba" and "ku" part are correct

I can't really tell what the first character really is, and the horizontal line really depends on the what the preceding character is, and it kinda looks like "ku"

Those characters are used for "borrowed" words, so most of the time, they'll sound like their english counterparts. For example, "beer" in Japanese is ビール (bi-ru, where the dash lengthens the vowel sound). It could be a non-Japanese name, for all I know.

If you want it silk screened on, I know someone who can do it. Won't be cheap though for a one off. Less is you can get 10 or more people to split the costs.
Embroidered will be very expensive. Well over $100 I am sure for the digitizing and thread count required.

There's a bunch of places to get the JDM hoodies, so just look for a clean one, and get the Honda emblems printed on.
