00 EX with keyless remote has an issue with manually locking the driver side door. never works pushing the actually lock on the door but sometimes works with the lock button on the door. always works with the keyless remote. wasn't really an issue til the other day when some homeless guy came up to me at Sonic wanting food/money. wanted to lock my door and couldn't. since the key was in the ignition, the keyless wouldn't work. very uncomfortable. i can hear the mechanism trying to work when i attempt the manual lock button and the lock lever, whatever you want to call it, moves about half way before reverting back to the full unlock. domelight has also recently stopped functioning with the keyless and when opening the door. manual switch has no effect on the dome light also. i do have an aftermarket radio. maybe a loose connection? any suggestions appreciated.
