What other parts should I replace to improve reliability/durability/MPG
Not really looking for HP, just reliability/durability/MPG.
The following is a list of parts I've replaced or will replace (next week):
Spark Plug - (REPLACED) - NGK
Spark Plug Wires - (REPLACED) - NGK
Valve Clearance - (PERFORMED)
Tires - (REPLACED) - all four
Engine Oil - (REPLACED) - Mobil 1 Full Syn
Timing Belt - (WILL REPLACE)
Exhaust Manifold - (WILL REPLACE)
ATF - OEM - (WILL REPLACE)
Headlight Bulb - (REPLACED) - Sylvania White
Headlight Glaze Removal - (PERFORMED)
Windshield Wipers - (REPLACED)
That's about it. What other parts/jobs can I replace or perform to make this car more reliable/durable/increase MPG?
So far, I'm getting 36 MPG. No CEL even with the cracked manifold (4 inches long). I plan on painting her and replacing/repairing the dings next year.
Any suggestions guys?

Seems like you got most of it covered. If you do anything to make her breathe better, it'll help with mileage, too.. But with better airflow, you get a little bit of horsepower, and that can potentially lead to less gas mileage.
here's a DIY guide to save a little bit of weight lol
Oh, and if you have a lead foot, I'd suggest getting rid of it

Coolant? I don't think it will do anything for fuel econ. , but it wouldn't hurt. Fuel filter? I haven't done it personally, but the job looks pretty easy since the filter is right at the back of the bay. Check the suspension and wheel alignment? Even with 4 new tires, an out of alignment car will eat those up fast(well maybe not. Guess it depends on the severity). I manage 32mpg. 36 is pretty damn good if you ask me.
