98 honda civic idle problems...please help!! Hi, a few months ago I cranked my honda civic up after sitting up for a few months,,,first it started idling up and down over and over, then went to town and it started dying on me...I just replaced the distributor and all spark plugs and wires,,,it no longer dies but it is still reving up and down over and over,. it only does it when sitting still, please help if you can...

clean up the intake system and idle valves around throttle body area wth carb cleaner. prolly just clogged up.
