Speedometer not working post swap

I converted my automatic to a manual and now my speedometer isn't working... Any ideas? I'm using the automatic ECU could that be the problem?

And my RPM gauge isn't working either.

First I'd definitely change the ECU to a manual version. Secondly, if that doesn't fix it check all connectors. Physically unplug and replug them in to be sure of a good connection.
