air coming out of the engine Oil Cap

Hi all,

Today when i opened the Oil Cap, i noticed that there is air (blowing air) coming out and i am not sure how far i was close to the opening maybe 4", is that normal? if not what does it it mean??

please help

yeah its normal, if the cap is removed. if you feel air with the cap on, you need a new cap and seal ring.

Does that indicate any problem with PCV valve??
