Wheel Trim Rings

Has anyone got trim rings for the metal OEM wheel on their Civics? (like muscle car rally wheels) and if so what brand and size.

my tires on 17s are flat and I gonna use 14s but I hate hubcabs. I m also planning to get those rings. what size and where should I get? Is there anything like 14x5, 14x6 or all are 14?
