97 HB Civic

So basically I’m kinda new to this whole Honda modifying scene.
I’m basically just looking for a half descent cheap project car minimal work to drive for the summer. There is a Bank Repo sitting at a auction house around the corner from my house just wondering...
Anything to look for?
Anything to watch out for?
Since I've done some basic research I believe it supposed to have a
1.6L SOHC w/ Air Cond? Well stock it was supposed to have that?

As im new to Civic's I am hoping you guys can help me out?
-Also I only Know its a 97 HB I don't know what model or any specs
Also what do you think its work the way it sits in the pics?

Re: 97 HB Civic

just say no to that ****. that car is riced, and prolly beat to hell. i wouldn't pay more than $200 for it, assuming the engine is good, which it's probably not. if you're looking for a project car, keep looking.

Im not looking for a major project...Im just looking at putting a new hood on..a new bumper and grill and throwing some cheap nice looking rims on it

The inside is way to far gone to put that back to stock

Since it was a bank repo I think it was a project someone started but never completed

Also Im kinda desperate for a ride cuz my 240SX is a complete write-off
I'm just looking for a cheap fix...Im pro going to write it off but atleast I am admiting that

I've wrote 3 cars off so far and I havent even had my license for 2 years...None of which where my fault...I just dont avoid them lmao
