I have sold my 97' Civic EX and have this piece that I kept from it. It is a GRILLCRAFT piece for the lower portion of your bumper. It has the original mounting hardware included. It still holds it original silver metallic color from the company, but can be easily painted to match your ride. Item is in excellent condition with no dents. Has a few chips of paint here and there from normal road conditions, but you can't see them unless you take a real close look. You will be pleased.
