HELP! Engine Wire Harness Question.

Hello. I joined this forum to find some answers. I've been lurking and searching around in here for quite a while.
So I have this dilemma. P0135 about the sensor heater malfunction stuff.
I replaced the a new sensor already, reset everything and all that. And the code came up again. So I thought it was a waste of hard earned money!
I've read about testing the harness. So I'm thinking that's the problem. If it is, I was thinking of just replacing the whole harness.
But here is my main question... Because I hate doing electrical work. Can I use any engine harness off an 01-05? I have an 05 EX M/T. Will it be a problem using any harness form those years even though I use the wideband sensor w/ the corresponding ECU? And of course I have to use the M/T one, if I don't want extra couple wires hanging around in the engine bay.
Get what I'm saying or no? I'm not good at explaining stuff.

Please don't be mean to me. I just need a little help. And yes, I did use SEARCH. It led me to this. Thanks.
