NEED HELP. Can I use a japanese built transmission??
I have a 2003 auto civic and my transmission is about to tank. After some research i found out my civic is Canadian built (VIN starts with 2HG). The japanese transmissions are way cheaper then any north american transmissions i came across. Can anyone please let me know if it would be OK to use the japanese replacement transmission on my car?? And if anyone knows of a supplier that sells the canadian built transmissions cheap please attach a link.
