hi any idea how to open my hood? I replace my radiator couple days ago I also removed the latch to have a better access to put the new one, when I put everything back the latch cable got loose! I closed the hood and now it won't open! Anyone know the best way to get it open? Note the car is a 2003 Honda Civic LX

so the cable does nothing? Did you have someone stand near the latch to listen and see if they hear anything?
depending on the grill you have you might be able to reach in with some tools like a long screwdriver or pliers and open the latch. Or break the grill to gain access, grills are cheap.
