Leaking Driver Side Door.... Suggestions Please

So I just recently bought a 2002 Honda Civic LX Coupe.... With all the rain we have been getting in the last few days in the midwest with these storms I got in the car an noticed that the side of the drivers seat was wet and the floor underneath the seat going towards the back on the drivers side was soaking wet..... I traced the problem to what seems to be a slight gap where the top of the drivers side door meets the frame..... I attached a pic, do anybody have any suggestions on what can be done to resolve this...... Need this fixed asap.... All input is appreciated

What I'd do:

Roll window down
place knee at base of window frame
pull gently on top corner of frame (or wherever gap is largest)
recheck gap with door closed

don't overdo it, some people might break the whole thing off the door

That may of done the trick, the gap seems to be gone, dont know if its still leaking because it finally decided it wants to stop raining, but im optimistic lol
