Possibly/kinda.
-What parts a full cat back system?
-a high flow cat.?
-a muffler?
-down pipe?
-header?
You can jimmy rig almost anything together for exhaust, you just cut and weld where needed, but it may cost more that way then buying an exhaust system to fit your car.
