I drive a black 2003 ACURA EL Auto btw.

I agree my mods weren't done in a week it 10 years for what my car is today one piece at a time when I did the interior complete I paid $500 for it shipped no one can beat that price and complete meaning everything that is in interior except for carpet that I bought from someone else and paid $50 for it. Good thing is my car is paid no payments and after few months if I add some thing useful that can accommodate looks and function I am happy. That is great that you drive Acura EL that car the day I laid my eyes on fell in love with it immediately but since they are only in Canada I wanted interior complete from that car which I did than I few months back I did the rear end conversion of 04 05 EL. Send me some picture of your EL if you could would like to see how is your ride? Thanks

You wouldn't be impressed with photos of my car. It's bone stock but well-maintained (well besides the upgraded speakers and HID kit). I am thinking of some LED DRLs on the front though when the weather warms up.

Well EL's are great cars I don't know if the one you have has leather or cloth interior? But overall great cars loaded than a 7th gen civic. Good luck with your upgrades its fun to work on these cars though.

Re: oil suggestions 2003

That is crazy. Every 2 weeks? I have 271000 miles, I change the oil every 10K miles and I only use Amsoil 5w-30. Engine wear? My car idles like new, heads to 6,500 rpm with aplomb and gets 35-40 mpg combined city/hwy.

Well that is great that you take care of your car and it runs great, good for you, keep up I like people that take a good care of their cars as it is yours and you can do what ever necessary to keep it going and also to look good as well.
