Unhappy 2004 Honda civic diy repairs possible?

Hello.. I'm new here & looking for some info

Here's a few pictures of the dmg to my front http://goo.gl/7jYBjR

Lost my grill, headlights, bumper.
Trying to bend back that frame bar running across
What is the bar called anyways?

Can this be a diy or should I have a pro body shop work on this?

Thank you..

Anything can be DIY if you are equipped for it and have the skills necessary.

DIY whatever you can and have a pro finish it, or do whatever you can't?

Catalog labels it 'FRAME SET, FR. BULKHEAD (UPPER).
I'd probably call it an upper bulkhead, or maybe upper core support.
Or point at it and say, "This part right here."

A new one would be welded in at a decent bodyshop.

Im in the process of doing mine with similar damage but worse. I have all the tools needed like a welder and spot weld cutter. My friend does body work so he helped me with lining up everything. I cant see for sure but the radiator support doesnt look too bad. If it does need to be replaced I wouldnt try to do it yourself unless you know how to weld well and know how to line it up. A skilled body guy might be able to just bend it back in place costing you less over all.

There are many dealerships that sell at wholesale prices over the internet.
The catalog at estore seems easier to use IMO.
