How to remove the yellow reflector from headlights?

How to remove the yellow reflector from headlights?
I'd like to find an easy way to remove the yellow reflector from inside the lights. I know I can take the lights apart, just not sure how to do it without breaking it. I was told to put them in the oven, but I want to know if there's an easier solution. Many thanks.
