Clutch and coolant?

Ok my 04 civic si(ex) "1165**km" i purchased sometime in June has two possible problems, over about a week the clutch pedal went extremely soft and has begun to make the entire car shake after ive completed changing gears. Second"problem" is when i took off radiator cap a giant bubble of air rushed out, car isnt overheating nor is the coolant looking low its actually at the rim, so any information would be nice
Ps dealership used a green coolant would that cause any problems unrelated to these issues
