all of this will severely decrease the value of the car....it will also severely decrease the number of people interested in buying the car....

your potential buyers will be very limited as 99% of people looking to buy a civic want a stock civic to use for what it was intended for, reliability, economy, and durability....

most people also do not want a car that some "backyard mechanic" has been fooling around with either (no offense)
