Large "H" on 02 Civic Si

Large "H" on 02 Civic Si
I was just given a 2002 civic SI and I really like the way the larger "H" looks on the grille. I understand that I cant just throw that emblem on my SI. If I were to find the CTR grille as seen on the 04-05 models, would it fit on my car without much work? Sorry if this is a very basic question...
