i will be draining my rad and replacing my water pump, im assuming most of the coolant will come out when i do this so i probably wont bother removing the rear drain plug on the block....

how much coolant do i need to refill it? will one gallon jug be enough or do i need two?

one should be plenty, but i would get two just in case you mess up. its happened to me before.
