Accidentally backed into a tree today

Accidentally backed into a tree today
How embarssing, dont know how i didnt see the tree. I was scared and got out to check for damage and none, not even a scratch or chip. Im worried i have frame damage though?

more than likely not.
you really have to trash the rear to get frame damage.
you can also take off your rear bumper and check for dents...even then, there is no real frame until you crush your trunk.

These cars are pretty solid front and rear (up to a certain point). I've been rear ended so hard I fully expected to see a crushed rear end but only found scratches in the bumper cover.
I've also rear ended someone hard enough to tear the head light mounting brackets but no other damage other than paint. You're ok.
