Aiming STOCK 04-05 EM2 Headlights

Hey guys, put hid's in my 04 civic si and the driver side light is aimed up in peoples faces as they drive by... How would i go about lower the beam? Do i need to take off my bumper to access the adjustment screws?

Thanks!

On the back of the headlight housing there is a screw (phillips head) that you can turn to adjust the headlight....if you look under the hood directly down at the headlight, you should see a small hole where the back of the screw is, and it has a whole bunch of metal teeth on it. If you take the right sized phillips screwdriver and tick it in the hole where you see the teeth, you can turn it that way too, llike a gear. That's how i did mine because it is way easier from that angle.
