You are aware those scoops are for the top mounted intercoolers right? Do you plan on taking off your entire intake system and sticking your filter to the throttle body to make it theoretically functional?

Just a little more to add to this; although you are right about this, my friend has a 2004 ish outback 'sport' that is non turbo, and came stock with a hood scoop and gills...totally non-functional...but someone at subaru thought it was a good idea lol

There are many reasons for that. They possibly only produced the one hood from the factory or the car was ordered with that option. But in your friends scenario, its pointless, but it belongs there given the nature of a subaru.

I know someone who put a lot of time into molding an Sti rear diffuser into a civic rear bumper. Modding cars is about putting your own personal touch on a vehicle, paint it pink and paint rainbows on it if it makes you happy. Who cares if people hate on it, it's your car, not theirs.

**** this car up more? The car was built to be reliable from point A to point B. Honda had no intent for the EM2 to be a show or race car. They are meant to be left alone and remain dependable for years to come.

You want a fun car? Buy an si model or an rsx-s that's meant to go fast"er". You want really fun? Sell your "****ed up" civic and buy an ls1 F-body car. You seem to pretty clueless when it comes to vehicles. Might I suggest you do a lot of research before you plan on modifying any car.

It was actually a disappointment, cause when I saw it, I thought he had and outback with a turbo, but I was wrong, which leads me to my next point: Avoid adding "go fast" body parts to the car unless it actually goes fast lol...although I've kinda broken that rule a bit myself.
