Help With D16Y8 Manifold Swap Please

Alright, as some of you might know i posted a thread that i was going to do the d17 manifold replacement for a d16y8 manifold. I finished getting the throttle body on there. Now i just need to figure out how to fit the stock d17 injectors and rail on the mani. Anyone done it or can tell me someone who has?
And i dont mean welding on a d17 injector plate. Stock d16y8 mani, stock d17 rail, stock d17 injectors
