2004 Honda Civic EX Signal Lights Problem?

The signal lights flash for 3 seconds than it turns The warning lights flash few second longer maybe 5 seconds all together and than that turns off. I have checked and tested all fuses and they are fully functional. The ticking also stops once the lights stop blinking. What could be the problem????

Download the manual and do the combination switch input test. Chances are the combination switch is bad. The combination switch is on the end of the actual piece you use to turn the turn signal on, inside the steering column cover.
