2)He needed to check the transparency in order to issue a ticket, would it be okey if an officer pulled you over and gave you a ticket for doing 45 in a 40 mph zone, and he didnt even have the radar gun out?
Unless you have a JD you can factually say that he is in the wrong...that's why they get paid so good to look at that stuff.Originally Posted by 2002ExCivic

Its just your opinion.
as green01civic said, you can't fight city hall, local municipalities, state legislation, federal law unless you have that JD- through conventional means.
what is a JD?
Juris Doctorate-aka going to law school. Then once you pass the BAR exam you can practice law, or call yourself a lawyer :P
There's no sense in saying something that something is illegal unless your a lawyer or are involved in the litigate system.
That is why practically nobody represents themselves in the American criminal courts.

You need to have case if your going to fight a ticket, which from what I've seen, you don't. I'm being brutally honest here, but there's no real way to say that nicely. If I'm missing something, point it out..Originally Posted by 2002ExCivic

Cops here remove it roadside, it's not that complicated.Originally Posted by 2002ExCivic

lol really?!?!?! i heard it leaves a lot of glue and u need razor blades and hot blow guns and nail polish remover or de-greaser.
It usually does leave residue. Just use a razor blade or some type of chemical. I'd probably start with brake cleaner. lol. Seriously, just use Windex and super fine steel wool to get it as clean as humanly possible. Nice hot day like today (106) and it should come off in one swipe once you get a corner up (the tint itself).

haha damn it. i dont want to have to get new windows xD can i do it with my windows up or do i have to open up the interior of my door?

no glue no mess, but the tint adhesive did smell bad.
