Tint Question

So yesterday I went and had my windows tinted, and the guy calls me today and asks me if I wanted to install the rear windshield, he was under the impression that because some of my defroster wires worked and some didn't, that I wouldn't be able to use my rear defroster, or else it would bubble and I would ruin the tint. He gave me the offer of putting it on anyway, or ordering a new windshield through him, and having it done for about 160$ extra. What do you guys think?

Re: Tint Question

I'd go new window too... kill two birds with one stone. Last thing you want is your windshield to totally stop working in back then need a new one and need to get that one tinted too.

Re: Tint Question

Agreed. If your car sits outside, you WILL need the rear defroster, be it in Canada, Northern US, or Southern US.

Re: Tint Question

I'd get the rear window too, but I live Canada so having a rear defrost is essential.
