Shift boot with red stitching
Shift boot with red stitching
I am wanting to get a shift boot with the red stitching for my 03 civic. I'm not wanting to spend a ton of money on this but I have been seeing them on the internet anywhere from 11.99 to around 80 bucks. Is there any specific one that I need to buy for my car or anything like that?

redlinegoods.com has quality boots for $33.. Also in any color combo you want, as long as they stock those colors.. I've had one of their boots in my car since.. 05? Black leather with blue stitching.
And to actually answer your question, if you get a boot made for your car, it'll look cleaner when installed.

suede vs. leather is personal preference.. or how much effort you're willing to put in to keep it clean, like max alluded to

The OEM Honda leather shift **** also has red stitching and it's the same shape and size as the stock plastic shift ****. I bought it for ~$140+shiipping at H&A but I think it's worth the price, although it's pricier than you were looking for I know.

Here's mine, it's leather.

It's really easy to keep clean. In the picture it had just been installed and was still stiff. It's since loosened up and doesn't look as rigid
