technically speaking, it'll bolt up to the head, but you'd have to modify the rest of your exhaust system to fit it, including extending O2 sensor wiring to reach the new locations.
In the end, you'd end up spending more money fitting the lx exhaust mani/cat assembly than you would buying a new cat for your ex..
